Who we are
SaaS Deal Radar is a trading name of Raj Devsi, 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6EB, United Kingdom. Raj Devsi is the controller of your personal data. Contact: hello@saasdealradar.com.
Raj Devsi also runs TestedTools (testedtools.dev). Subscriber lists are kept separate and aren't shared between the two sites.
What we collect, why, and our lawful basis

We don't sell data or use advertising trackers. Affiliate links: When you click an affiliate link, the affiliate network may set its own cookies and process data under its own privacy policy.
Processors and recipients
Vercel Inc. (hosting and functions), Resend (email sending, subscriber list and inbound mail for hello@, EU region eu-west-1), Stripe (payments; independent controller for some payment data), Virtually There (virtual office provider) (post), our accountant or solicitor when needed, and authorities where the law requires.
International transfers
Where providers process data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection (including an absolute right to object to direct marketing), portability, and withdrawing consent. Email hello@saasdealradar.com. We reply within one month. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Complaints
Email hello@saasdealradar.com with "Data complaint" in the subject first. We respond to data rights requests within one month. You can also complain to the ICO: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, 0303 123 1113.
Changes
Updates will be posted here. Subscribers get an email about significant changes.
