Website Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 October 2026
saasdealradar.com is run by Raj Devsi trading as SaaS Deal Radar, 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6EB, UK (hello@saasdealradar.com). By using the site you accept these terms. Sponsor bookings are covered by the Sponsor Terms.
1. Deals are offered by other companies
Every deal is offered by the vendor (or a marketplace such as AppSumo), not by us. We don't sell the software and we aren't a party to your purchase. The vendor's terms apply, including its refund policy. We show the source and the date we last checked each deal. Prices, codes and availability change without notice, so always confirm on the vendor's page before you buy. "Was" prices and discount percentages are the vendor's own stated figures.
Tell us about an expired or wrong deal at hello@saasdealradar.com. We re-check deals at least every 7 days.
2. How we make money
Deals marked "Ad" use affiliate links: we earn a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you. One clearly labelled "Sponsored" card is sold per week. Payment never decides whether a deal is listed. See our Disclosure.
3. Our content
The site design, descriptions and compilations belong to Raj Devsi. The deal data in /deals.json and /llms.txt is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0), with attribution to "SaaS Deal Radar (saasdealradar.com)". The site design, text and logos are excluded from this licence, and vendor trademarks stay with their owners. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products. Their use doesn't mean the owners endorse us.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the signup form, scrape in ways that degrade the site, or try to gain unauthorised access.
5. Liability
The site is free and provided "as is". We aren't liable for vendors' products, prices, refusals to honour a deal, or for decisions you make using deal information. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.
6. Law
England and Wales. Consumers can also use the courts of the part of the UK where they live.
