Featured Sponsor Terms

These terms apply when a business ("you") books the Featured Sponsor slot from Raj Devsi trading as SaaS Deal Radar, 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6EB, UK ("we"). By paying you confirm that you're acting for your business and accept these terms.

1. What you get

• One Featured Sponsor card labelled "Sponsored", showing your logo, tagline and link on the homepage and on every category and deal page, for 7 consecutive days.
• Exclusive: only one sponsor at a time.
• We don't guarantee any traffic, clicks or performance metrics.

2. Price

£15 for 7 days, one-off (launch price). No subscription. Prices are shown without VAT. We are not currently VAT-registered. Stripe issues the receipt. The price applies to the week you book. Later weeks may cost more.

3. Booking and start date

After payment we email you from hello@saasdealradar.com within 1 business day for your logo (SVG/PNG), a tagline of up to 90 characters and your URL. Your 7 days start when we publish the card, normally within 2 business days of payment and approval. If another sponsor's week is running, yours starts the day after it ends. We'll confirm the dates by email.

4. Independence

Sponsorship never affects which deals we list, their order, or what we say about them. Your card is always labelled "Sponsored" and kept separate from the deal listings. Buying a slot doesn't add your product as a deal.

5. Your content

You confirm your materials are accurate, lawful and CAP Code compliant, and that you have the right to use the logo and any claims. You give us a non-exclusive licence to display them during your week and to list you as a past sponsor. We may refuse or ask you to change content that is misleading or unlawful. We don't accept: gambling; adult content; weapons; illegal products; MLM or get-rich-quick schemes; crypto and regulated financial products/investments (UK financial promotion rules); unlicensed health or medical claims; or anything misleading. We can refuse any listing at our discretion. If we refuse before publication, we refund in full.

6. Refunds and cancellation

• Full refund if you cancel before your listing goes live.
• If we remove a compliant listing, we refund pro rata for the unused days.
• No refund if we remove a listing for breach of these terms.
• We fix errors you report in your listing within 24 hours.
• No refund once the week has started, except as above.

7. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking. We aren't liable for loss of profit, revenue or goodwill, or for indirect loss. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that can't legally be limited.

8. General

Governed by the law of England and Wales; the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
